Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Screwdriver (flat and Phillips)

Step-by-Step Setup
- Unpack the Machine: Carefully remove all packaging materials and accessories from the box.
- Assemble the Stand: If using a sewing table or stand, assemble according to the included instructions.
- Thread the Machine: Follow the numbered threading guide on the machine. Ensure thread passes through all guides and tension discs.
- Wind the Bobbin: Place empty bobbin on winder, thread through bobbin winding tension, and engage bobbin winder.
- Insert the Bobbin: Place wound bobbin in bobbin case with thread running counterclockwise. Pull thread through slot.
- Connect Power: Plug the foot controller into the machine, then plug the power cord into a grounded 120V outlet.
- Test Stitch: Place fabric under presser foot, lower foot, and test stitch on scrap fabric to ensure proper operation.

Troubleshooting

- Machine jams: Turn handwheel backward to free jam. Remove fabric and cut threads to clear obstruction.
- Buttonhole issues: Use stabilizer for delicate fabrics. Ensure buttonhole foot is properly attached.
- Tension problems: Clean tension discs. Re-thread machine completely. Test on scrap fabric.
- Thread fraying: Use quality thread. Check for rough spots on needle plate or hook.
