Regular Maintenance Schedule
- Daily Cleaning: Remove lint and dust from bobbin area and feed dogs after each use.
- Weekly Oil Application: Apply sewing machine oil to designated points as shown in the diagram.
- Monthly Deep Clean: Remove needle plate and clean bobbin case area thoroughly.
- Needle Replacement: Change needle after every 8 hours of sewing or with each new project.
- Bobbin Case Maintenance: Clean and oil bobbin case monthly for smooth operation.
- Tension Adjustment Check: Monthly check and adjustment of upper and lower thread tension.
- Motor Brush Inspection: Check motor brushes every 6 months for wear and replace if necessary.
