Unpacking and Setup

Remove all packaging materials and inspect contents. Place on a stable, flat surface.

Getting Started

  3. Inserting Bobbin: Drop bobbin into case with thread running counterclockwise; pull thread through slot.
  4. Pull Up Bobbin Thread: Hold top thread, turn handwheel toward you until bobbin thread loops up; pull both threads under presser foot.

WARNING! Ensure machine is off when threading. Do not force dials or levers.

Basic Sewing Techniques

Straight Stitch: Use for seams, topstitching. Zigzag: Use for finishing edges, appliqué.
