Patchwork Plus Model

Setup Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Screwdriver set
  • Scissors
  • Needle threader
  • Bobbin winder
  • Measuring tape

Step-by-Step Setup

  1. Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and check that all parts are included in the box.
  2. Assemble Machine Head: Attach the machine head to the base using the provided screws and tools.
  3. Install Needle: Insert the needle with the flat side facing the back, tightening the screw securely.
  4. Thread the Machine: Follow the numbered threading guide on the machine from spool pin to needle.
  5. Wind Bobbin: Place empty bobbin on winder, thread through tension disc, and engage bobbin winding mechanism.
  6. Insert Bobbin: Place wound bobbin in bobbin case following directional arrows, pulling thread through slot.
  7. Power Connection: Plug into a properly grounded 120V outlet. Test foot pedal and power switch.
  8. Test Stitches: Run the machine on scrap fabric to test basic stitches and tension settings.
Warning: Always disconnect power before changing needles or performing maintenance. Keep fingers away from moving parts during operation.

Troubleshooting
