Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Needle nose pliers
  • Scissors
  • Measuring tape
  • Lint brush

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Unpack the Machine: Carefully remove all packaging materials, accessories, and protective covers from the sewing machine.
  2. Set Up Workspace: Place the machine on a sturdy, level table or sewing cabinet with adequate lighting and space for fabric handling.
  3. Install Needle: Insert the needle with the flat side facing the back, tightening the needle clamp screw securely.
  4. Wind Bobbin: Follow the threading diagram to wind the bobbin with your chosen thread, ensuring even winding.
  5. Thread the Machine: Thread the upper thread following the numbered threading path, making sure the presser foot is raised.
  6. Insert Bobbin: Place the wound bobbin in the bobbin case with thread unwinding in the correct direction for your model.
  7. Connect Power: Plug the foot controller into the machine, then plug the power cord into a properly grounded outlet.
  8. Test Run: Run the machine without fabric to ensure smooth operation, then test with scrap fabric.
Warning: Always disconnect power before changing needles or performing maintenance. Keep fingers away from moving parts during operation.

Troubleshooting
