Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Needle nose pliers
  • Scissors
  • Measuring tape
  • Allen wrench set

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Unpack the Machine: Carefully remove all packaging materials and accessories from the box.
  2. Set Up Workspace: Place the sewing machine on a sturdy, level table or sewing cabinet.
  3. Install Needle: Insert the needle with the flat side facing the back and tighten the needle clamp screw.
  4. Wind Bobbin: Follow the threading diagram to wind the bobbin with your chosen thread.
  5. Thread the Machine: Thread the upper thread following the numbered path indicated on the machine.
  6. Insert Bobbin: Place the wound bobbin in the bobbin case following the directional arrow.
  7. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a properly grounded 110-120V outlet.
  8. Test Run: Run the machine without fabric to ensure proper operation, then test with scrap fabric.
Warning: Always disconnect power before changing needles or performing maintenance. Keep fingers away from moving parts during operation.

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
