  4. At end of seam, press reverse lever briefly to lock stitches, then release.
  5. Raise presser foot and pull fabric back to cut thread using built-in cutter.
  6. For continuous sewing, simply continue feeding fabric without reversing.

WARNING! Always use the correct needle and thread for your fabric. Dull or wrong needles can cause damage.

Maintenance & Cleaning

  1. Unplug machine before any maintenance.
  2. Remove needle plate screws and lift plate to access bobbin area.
  3. Use small brush to remove lint and thread bits from feed dogs, bobbin case, and hook area.
  4. Wipe exterior with soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquids or sprays.
  5. Oil machine as per manual instructions using only Singer sewing machine oil.

CAUTION! Never immerse machine in water. Avoid blowing lint into machine with compressed air.
