Step-by-Step Setup
- Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and check for any visible damage to the sewing machine.
- Place on Stable Surface: Position the sewing machine on a sturdy, level table or sewing cabinet.
- Connect Power: Plug the power cord into a properly grounded 120V outlet. Ensure foot control is connected.
- Wind the Bobbin: Follow the threading diagram to wind thread onto the bobbin correctly.
- Insert Bobbin: Place the wound bobbin into the bobbin case following the directional arrows.
- Thread the Machine: Thread the upper thread through all guides, tension discs, and the needle eye.
- Test Run: Perform a test sew on scrap fabric to ensure proper threading and tension settings.
