Unpacking and Setup

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable table.

  3. Insert bobbin: Open bobbin cover, drop bobbin in case with thread counterclockwise, pull thread through slot.
  4. Draw up bobbin thread: Hold needle thread, turn handwheel toward you to bring up bobbin thread.

WARNING! Ensure machine is off when threading. Do not force dials or levers.

Care & Maintenance

Unplug before cleaning. Remove lint and dust regularly.

  1. Cleaning: Use small brush to remove lint from bobbin area and feed dogs.
  2. Oiling: Apply sewing machine oil to hook race and moving parts as per manual (do not over-oil).
  3. Needle replacement: Replace needle after every project or if bent/dull.
