Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Needle nose pliers
  • Scissors
  • Measuring tape
  • Thread

Step-by-Step Setup

  1. Choose Workspace: Select a stable, well-lit table or sewing cabinet with adequate space for fabric movement.
  2. Unpack Machine: Remove all packaging materials, protective covers, and shipping supports from the sewing machine.
  3. Install Needle: Insert the needle with flat side facing back, tighten the needle clamp screw securely.
  4. Wind Bobbin: Place empty bobbin on winder, thread through tension disc, and wind evenly until full.
  5. Insert Bobbin: Place bobbin in bobbin case following directional arrows, pull thread through slot and under tension spring.
  6. Thread Machine: Follow numbered threading guide from spool pin through tension discs to needle eye.
  7. Power Connection: Plug into 120V outlet, ensure foot control is connected, and turn power switch to ON position.
  8. Test Stitch: Practice stitching on scrap fabric to check tension and stitch formation.
Warning: Always disconnect power before changing needles or performing maintenance. Keep fingers away from moving parts during operation.

Troubleshooting

  • Motor runs but needle doesn't move: Check handwheel clutch, ensure it's engaged for sewing
